About
Tina Bettison
I am Tina Bettison, an Alchemist, Myth Lover, Writer and Facilitator. Creativity and communications are my jam. I have worked in magazine and book publishing, radio and PR, and I have also spent decades gathering bones: a long, sometimes bewildering search for the thing my soul was called to do.
I am the founder of Moving Mountains, a practice that guides women who sense they are called to something larger than the life they have been living, helping them bring their vision into reality and step into their role as a trusted guide for others. My work sits at the intersection of myth, story, Human Design and creative voice, rooted in the conviction that the women who find me already have everything they need. They simply have not yet learned to trust the wisdom they are already carrying in their bones.
My particular gift is for the moment just before a woman hears herself clearly. I read the soul call underneath the words, and the precise image, question or story that turns the tuner just enough will often come to me. My best work arises from the combination of deep research and lived experience, held gently until insight surfaces on its own terms.
I am guided by the myth of La Loba and a deep belief in the Chinese proverb: “When sleeping women awaken, mountains will move.”

Session Details
Day 4
Who is this talk for?
Women of all ages who are looking for inspirational role models and mentors to show them the next step on the path. It is also for women feeling called to bring a vision into reality, step into their role as a trusted guide for others, or wondering whether they have left it too late to begin a new act.
What the talk covers
The session uses the three-act structure of story, the myth of La Loba and the three phases of the 6th line in Human Design as parallel ways of exploring a woman’s life. It looks at gathering, discernment and reflection, and then following the call as a role model. It also explores the maiden, mother and crone arc, while recognising that women often experience these phases cyclically rather than as a simple linear progression.
Why it matters
Many women reach a threshold where they need to see that another act is possible. Role models matter because they show us what might come next, while our own lived experience may be preparing us to become the role model for someone just behind us on the path.
Tina’s Unique Angle
Tina brings myth, story, Human Design and creative voice together through her own lived experience of the midlife threshold. Rather than presenting these as separate ideas, she treats them as different maps of the same human territory: hearing the call, discerning what is true and learning to trust that we can follow it.
