Dyonne Schreurs
I am Dyonne Schreurs, a quiet-soul-driven catalyst for women coming home to themselves, living embodied leadership and working their unlived potential.
I guide high-achieving, self-led women who are ready to stop performing who they think they should be and begin living, leading and creating from who they truly are. My clients are often capable, insightful and deeply responsible women who have learned how to hold everything together, yet beneath that competence may feel disconnected from their own voice, natural rhythm or inner direction.
Known for calm precision, radical clarity and the ability to hold complexity without making it heavy, I create spaces that feel safe, spacious and alive. My work invites women out of overthinking and into embodied self-trust, where insight becomes choice, expression and meaningful action.
With more than two decades of experience spanning applied spirituality, energy medicine, existential coaching, Human Design and the Gene Keys, I bring an approach that is both intuitive and grounded. I do not offer another identity to perform or a perfect path to follow. I reflect each woman back to herself with honesty, depth and compassion so she can reconnect with her own inner compass and express what is alive within her.

Who is this talk for?
High-achieving women who are ready to lead as their unique and embodied selves, particularly those who want to reconnect with their own voice rather than continue adapting, performing or filtering themselves through external expectations.
What the talk covers
The session explores authentic self-expression through Human Design, including the throat centre as a centre of expression, execution and manifestation, and the idea of outer authority. Dyonne examines how communication can become distorted when the mind acts as the inner authority and constantly vets what can or cannot be said. The session points back toward strategy, authority and the gradual emergence of a voice that is correct for the individual.
Why it matters
Communication shapes how we relate to one another. When expression is constantly filtered through fear, conditioning or mental control, people can lose contact with their own truth. This session opens a conversation about inner freedom and the possibility of communicating from a more authentic place.
