About
Christine Bradley
I am Christine Bradley, M.D., a physician, speaker, trauma-informed therapeutic practitioner, Human Design and Gene Keys guide, and founder of Rooted & Rising Woman.
I believe we do not heal to become someone new. We heal to build the capacity within our nervous system and body to embody who we were created to be.
I integrate trauma-informed therapeutic practices, nervous system science, somatic embodiment, subconscious healing and Divine Design to help women release the survival patterns that keep them stuck or small, build the capacity to embody who they truly are and rise into the leaders they are meant to be.
I bring more than two decades of experience as a physician, educator, leader and trauma-informed therapeutic practitioner. My work is also deeply personal. I left home at fourteen, was living independently by sixteen, lost my husband to cancer while raising our young child, and later faced a life-changing health crisis that ended my medical career.
Those experiences led me to one central question: why do so many intelligent, self-aware women remain stuck, even after years of therapy, healing and deep inner work? Through my own journey and years of integrating medicine, psychology, trauma-informed practice, nervous system science, somatic embodiment, subconscious healing and Divine Design, I came to see that insight alone does not create transformation. Lasting change requires capacity within the nervous system and body.
Today, my mission is to help women release what no longer serves them, remember who they truly are and rise into lives of greater peace, purpose and leadership.

Day 3
Who is this talk for?
Women entering a season of reinvention, awakening or personal transformation who feel called to understand themselves more deeply. It is for those navigating change, feeling stuck, or sensing that there is more of who they were created to be waiting to emerge.
What the talk covers
The session explores why creating safety within the nervous system is an essential foundation for lasting healing and why the body may hold answers the thinking mind alone cannot access. Through a gentle somatic experience, Christine invites participants to connect with body wisdom and the inner child, while introducing the Inner Child in Human Design as a compassionate lens for understanding early conditioning, shadows and gifts.
Why it matters
Many people have spent years trying to think their way into healing, while their bodies continue to carry old survival patterns. This session connects insight with embodied experience and offers a compassionate way to understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
