Sofia Reis
Sofia Reis is a Transition Life Coach and Community Architect who helps purpose-driven coaches and leaders move from 1:1 work into confident, aligned, and impactful group programs. Known for her grounded wisdom, emotional clarity, and deeply human approach, she guides her clients to lead communities with authenticity, courage, and heart.
As a 4/6 Self-Projected Projector, Sofia’s natural gift is seeing people clearly — their potential, their patterns, and the possibilities they cannot yet name. She supports leaders in reconnecting with who they truly are, releasing old conditioning, and stepping into community leadership that feels natural instead of forced. Her work blends Human Design, mindset expansion, and soulful business strategy, helping others build group coaching spaces rooted in trust, belonging, and simplicity.
Sofia specialises in guiding coaches through the messy middle of transition — from doubt to clarity, from perfectionism to embodied truth, from fearing visibility to becoming a recognised leader in their field. She is the creator of the Radical Launch System™ (Leadership Embodiment Lab) and the A.R.T Coaching Transmission, a framework designed to support leaders in moving from fearful to fearless as they build communities and group programs that honour both their energy and their purpose.
